zk444 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the zk444 platform and all associated services. By registering or continuing to use the platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.

1. Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms & Conditions are defined below:

• "Platform" means the zk444 website, mobile version, and all associated services.
• "User" or "Member" means any person who uses the services through a registered account on the platform.
• "Account" means the personal profile created for each user.
• "Bonus" means any incentive reward or funds granted by the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the condition specifying how much must be wagered before winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Game Services" means all entertainment gaming activities including slots, live casino, and cricket betting.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and enjoy game services on zk444, a user must be at least 21 years old. The platform may request identity documents or proof of age at any time for verification purposes. If an account is opened by providing a false age, zk444 reserves the right to close that account and forfeit the associated balance.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, the additional accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings earned through them will be voided.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration. zk444 reserves the right to suspend or close an account if the name, date of birth, email address, or payment details are found to be false or incomplete. Members who need to update their information must contact the support team.

2.4 Account Security

Users are responsible for keeping their account password and login details confidential. zk444 is not liable for any breach of account security. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

zk444 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳100.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, withdrawals may be delayed while an account verification process is ongoing. Identity verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal.

3.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Where applicable, bank transfer fees are borne by the user.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at zk444 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more still caps the bonus at ৳5,000, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus funds only, not on the deposited amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳10,000 in wagers before withdrawal.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; unused bonuses are cancelled at expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• Strategic or systematic betting aimed at earning bonuses (such as arbitrage) is prohibited.
• zk444 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings in the event of a breach of promotional terms.

5. VIP Program

zk444's VIP Program has three tiers. Members can advance to a higher tier based on their gaming activity:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

VIP cashback is credited to eligible members' accounts each week on a set cycle. zk444 reserves the right to modify or cancel VIP benefits; however, members will be given proper notice before any such changes take effect.

6. Gaming Rules & Prohibited Activities

6.1 Fair Play Policy

zk444 is committed to ensuring fair play. All game outcomes are determined by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG). Any attempt to influence the outcome of a game will be treated as a prohibited activity.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Hacking, or exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities
• Using bots, auto-clickers, or similar automated tools
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions
• Participating in the same game or bet from multiple accounts
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other members or staff
• Providing false or fraudulent information

Engaging in any of the above activities will result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of the relevant account, and the balance may be forfeited.

7. Platform Security & Personal Data

8. Sports Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted subject to the applicable rules and conditions. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. zk444 reserves the right to void bets accepted in error.

8.2 Result Settlement

Results are settled based on the official outcomes published by the relevant sporting authority. In the case of disputed or unresolved results, zk444's decision is final.

8.3 Match Cancellation & Postponement

If a match is cancelled or suspended before the scheduled time, bets on that match are generally voided and the stake is returned to the member's account. However, specific market terms may differ.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Account Suspension & Closure

zk444 may suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Serious breach of these Terms
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering
• Providing false information or identity fraud
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor
• Extended inactivity (as per company policy)

Before closing an account, zk444 will generally notify the member by email. However, immediate action may be taken in cases of fraud.

All content on the zk444 platform — including logos, brand elements, game interfaces, designs, and software — is protected under the intellectual property rights of zk444 and its associated providers. Copying, distributing, or reusing this content without prior written permission is prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

zk444 is not liable for:

• Games being interrupted due to technical issues or internet connectivity problems
• Account details being exposed due to the user's own negligence
• Disruption to third-party services (banks, mobile payments)
• Unforeseen natural disasters or force majeure events

14. Changes to Terms

zk444 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. For significant changes, notice will be given via the registered email address or on the platform.

15. Applicable Law

The interpretation and application of these Terms shall follow the relevant applicable law. Users bear full responsibility for using the platform in compliance with the local laws of their own country.
